Sentifyx is a research and monitoring tool. It aggregates market data, filings, and news, and generates AI-assisted analysis to help you organize your own research.

Sentifyx does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing produced by the service — including AI-generated takes, briefs, verdicts, rankings, scores, proposals, or chat responses — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other asset. The service never executes trades or moves money.

You agree not to rely on any output of the service as the basis for an investment decision. All content is provided for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes, including verifying any data point before acting on it. If you need investment advice, consult a licensed professional.

Your use of the software does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or client relationship of any kind between you and Sentifyx or its operators. Features with agentic framing (proposals, mandates, watchers, the concierge chat) are software automation over your own instructions and data — they do not constitute discretionary management of your assets.

Much of the service's analysis is generated by large language models. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong — including confidently stated errors, miscalculations, and misattributed facts. AI-generated content is labeled in the interface. It reflects an automated synthesis of the data available at generation time, not a professional opinion, and may not be reproducible.

The service displays data obtained from third parties, including market-data providers (quotes and fundamentals), SEC EDGAR (filings), public social-media platforms (public posts), GDELT (news discovery), and Tavily (web research). These sources are not affiliated with Sentifyx. Their data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and their availability may change without notice. Sentifyx makes no warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of third-party data.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for maintaining your two-factor authentication setup, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly via our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent its security.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, scrape at abusive rates, resell the data feeds, or use outputs to violate securities laws or the terms of the underlying data providers.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law,Sentifyx and its operators are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its outputs.
