About Sentifyx
The market moves on sentiment before it moves on price.
Built on Conviction. Powered by Sentiment. Focused on the Short Term.
Important disclosure
Sentifyx is a research and publishing platform, not an investment adviser. Sentifyx is not a registered investment adviser, and nothing on this site or in our research — including SPVS scores, conviction rankings, the Morning Brief, or any other content we publish — constitutes individualized investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Our content is general, informational, and educational in nature, is not tailored to any individual's financial situation, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. Please see the full disclosures at the end of this page before relying on any information published by Sentifyx.
Long before an earnings beat or a headline confirms what the crowd already suspected, the conversation — on social media, in trading volume, in short interest, around upcoming catalysts — has often started to shift. Our aim is to identify that shift, quantify it, and publish it as short-term research for our members.
We are not another data aggregator, stock-chart platform, filing search service, news feed, or general-purpose AI research assistant. Plenty of tools can hand you a chart, a filing, or a well-cited answer to a question you already thought to ask. We measure shifts in market sentiment, compare them against company fundamentals, rank the findings through a conviction framework, and publish what changed.
Where Sentifyx stands apart
Most platforms — data terminals and AI research assistants alike — wait for you to ask a question. This platform is designed to publish what changed. We track the sentiment, discussion volume, short interest, and catalysts behind the names we cover so members don't have to go looking, and we frame every finding as a conviction-scored research signal over a defined short-term horizon, not just an answer to read.
What we do
SPVS research signals
Our core research process scores the most-discussed US equities each market day: it measures sentiment momentum and discussion volume, records short interest and market activity, weighs source quality, layers in identified catalysts such as earnings and other announced events, and ranks the resulting findings by research conviction on a short-term ladder measured over one to fifteen trading days.
How SPVS is built
SPVS uses AI-assisted processing of significant volumes of publicly available information related to market sentiment — public social-media discussion, discussion-volume trends, recorded short-interest figures, and trading-volume data drawn from public sources. To corroborate and contextualize those sentiment signals, SPVS also draws on publicly available financial statements and other public company information: financial-health checks and fundamental context are recorded and published alongside every signal, so a sentiment reading is never presented in isolation from the company behind it.
The full scoring method is published for members, versioned and dated; a plain-language overview is on the methodology page.
The Morning Brief
Each market day, members can see the research ladder as updated for that day — the current SPVS view reflecting the sentiment, volume, and short-interest shifts identified since the prior session — together with a summary of what changed. It is a daily research view, not a homework assignment: members see what moved without digging through a dashboard to find it.
Membership
Membership provides access to current SPVS research, watchlists, the daily research view, and historical information, with additional tools depending on tier. Membership is access to published research — higher tiers provide more data, more history, and more platform functionality, never individualized investment advice.
Who we are
Sentifyx is a research and publishing venture co-founded by Jack Gillion and Fabio Hasegawa. SPVS, our membership content, and our daily research updates are original research and commentary, published for general, informational, and educational use. They are not individualized investment advice, and they are not a product or service of any registered investment adviser.

Over the last five years, he has focused extensively on artificial intelligence and the productization of AI-enabled solutions. Creating an account does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship. We do not know your circumstances, we do not assess suitability, and nothing on this platform is tailored to you.
Our philosophy
Our research is a data-driven, short-term analytical approach — grounded in sentiment analysis measured against financial health, volume trends, short interest, and catalyst timing, applied through a repeatable, versioned research methodology rather than guesswork or gut feel.
Sentifyx is designed to provide a disciplined, research-first framework that members may consider alongside their own investment objectives, circumstances, risk tolerance, and broader research.
Why now
AI-assisted synthesis is becoming broadly available, which makes synthesis itself table stakes rather than a differentiator. The open ground is in what a research process does with it: whether it waits for a question or publishes a finding, and whether it serves the professional who researches for a living or the individual investor who needs a clear, concise research view rather than an institutional-style dossier. SPVS was built for the second reader from day one — a conviction-scored research signal, published on a defined short-term horizon.
Disclosures
Sentifyx is a research and publishing platform. Sentifyx is not a registered investment adviser, is not a broker-dealer, and does not provide individualized investment advice. Nothing published by Sentifyx, including SPVS scores, conviction rankings, the Morning Brief, or any other content, should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or as advice tailored to any individual's financial circumstances.
SPVS uses artificial-intelligence models that process significant volumes of publicly available information related to market sentiment, including social-media activity and discussion, trading-volume trends, and recorded short-interest figures, together with publicly available financial statements and other public company information used to corroborate and contextualize sentiment indicators. This process is a research methodology, not a guarantee of accuracy: inputs come from public sources that can be wrong, stale, or incomplete, model outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, and no output is a prediction made with certainty.
Pursuing short-term, algorithm-informed investment strategies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance, including any historical accuracy figures we may publish, is not indicative of future results. Users of Sentifyx are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, should not rely exclusively on Sentifyx as the basis for any investment decision, and are encouraged to consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decision.
Jack Gillion is also President and Chief Operating Officer of McCurdy, Gillion & Associates, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor, and of Maplevest Management LLC, which provides specialized financial, real estate, and wealth management services to family offices and is not itself a Registered Investment Advisor. These affiliations are separate from this platform's research and publishing activities, and nothing published here is a product or service of those firms. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training.
Sentifyx is a separate research and publishing venture. Use of Sentifyx does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship, and Sentifyx research is not a product or service of any registered investment adviser, including any advisory firm with which a founder is separately affiliated.
